About Us

I started this site to spread awareness that survival skills and prepping are essential life skills, and also to alter the public’s negative perception that the media, books, movies, and TV have portrayed of preppers. The vast majority of survivalists and preppers are just regular folk preparing for likely scenarios.

I also wanted to share my experiences and what I have learned, as well as to learn new skills from the survivalist and prepping community.

Only a fool thinks he knows everything. So the aim is to build a community where people of like mind would share knowledge, experiences and tips.
